That said, connecting a wearable (we integrate with Apple Watch, Garmin, Whoop, Oura, and Fitbit) does unlock HRV-based recovery scoring, which makes the AI planning significantly more accurate. If you have a device, connect it. If not, FitTrack Pro still works great.
